About Us
Pachaug Farm borders Pachaug State Forest in Voluntown, Connecticut, 3 miles west of the Rhode Island border. The farm resides on 155 acres of land. The land was a former dairy farm and homestead established in 1740. Restorations and organic vegetable growing have been underway since 2020. We are committed to building healthy soil, nutrient dense fruit and vegetables, zero use of conventional herbicides and pesticides.
Pachaug Farm is soley operated by Kyle and Lynn Goodwin with occasional and appreciated help from friends and family!
A former fisherman of 35+ years, Kyle transitioned from a life at sea to farm life and shifted his work from catching fish to harvesting vegetables in 2021.
An Ayurvedic Health Educator, author, and nature lover, Lynn finds much joy working with Kyle on the farm. Together they grow vegetables organically for local restaurants, farm stores, and customers in their community.
